    • Ultra Sturdy - I didn't know this was what I needed under my desk!

      This arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I didn’t realize how much I needed it under my desk — I usually sit cross-legged, which isn’t great for my back, but this lets me rest my feet comfortably and even stretch while I work. The wide angle range works well for both sitting and standing, and the grippy bottom keeps it stable on tile or carpet. The foot surface is textured but not irritating, and it’s easy to fold, carry, and store. Way better quality than I expected.

      I just had knee surgery and at physical therapy we used a slant board to loosen tight muscles. This slant board is good for loosening tight calves, Achilles, knee and ankle. It can be adjusted to five different levels Very light and portable and you just set the angle you want and step forward and you will feel the stretch on your leg. Nice handle to carry around and folds up flat when you need to store it.

    • Great for plantar fasciitis!

      I've had plantar fasciitis on and off for more than 20 years, starting when I was in the Army. I'm actually in a current flare right now. One of the big things you can do at home to help ease this is stretching your calves and achilles tendons. This board is perfect for that. I like that it has grip tape on it so my feet don't slide around. One really nice thing is that it's adjustable. If you're like me, you have more flexibility on one side than the other. It's really easy to adjust, just pick it up and move the back leg into the slot you want. I SUPER love that it folds flat for storage, and has a little handle so it's easy to carry. My dog thinks it's pretty cool too.

      This is a very sturdy product. It is heavier than expected if you plan to transport it around, but higher quality than most that I’ve seen. Grip on slat when standing on the board for stretches. Seems to support my weight without issue (230lbs). No assembly required. Packaging was great and protected the product from any and all potential damage.
